Rover's Roost

PRIVATE CO-OP PARK.

First Time Visitor 7 + 3 Special

This special is for Escapee RV Club members who are first time visitors to RoVer's Roost. The special includes three free nights when you register for a week with full hookups. Electricity and tax are not included. Just ask for the 7 + 3 Special.

NOTE: If you are not an Escapee RV Club member, you can purchase a membership online. After purchasing an annual membership and taking advantage of the 7 + 3 Special you will still save money on your ten day stay. Go to Escapees.com to read about our organization and get your membership.

Rental Agreement

All rigs must be self-contained (must have working grey and black holding tanks).
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate RVs larger than 40 feet. We have a limited number of sites for 40 foot rigs, so we will have to measure your rig.
Check out time is 12 noon.
WiFi available for a nominal fee.
No reservations accepted.
No refunds for early departure.
3 pet limit.
Renters under age 55 are welcome for a limited number of sites. Please call to ensure we have 'under 55' availability.
For arrivals after 5pm, dry camping parking only. You will be parked in a full hook-up space the following morning if available
No RV parking after dark.
Renter/guest RV's must be escorted to their site (this includes dry camping). No self-parking.
Sites are 35' X 55' and have 30 or 50 amp electric, water, and sewer.
All sites are back-in sites.

118 full hook-up sites; 14 dry camping sites
FHU Daily Rate is $37 including electricity & tax
FHU Weekly Rate is $150 plus electric and tax
FHU Monthly Rate is $450 plus electric (no tax charged)
Dry Camping $7/night plus tax. 7 night limit. Dump and water available
