New Roof for the Clubhouse
The clubhouse is getting a brand-new roof! Crews are on-site replacing the old roofing to keep our activity hub protected and comfortable for years to come — another way the Roost keeps investing in the amenities residents use every day.
Pet Walk Area
If your pet is up for more than a simple walk, the large, flat desert next to the park is a perfect place to stroll.
Shop & Garden Boxes
RoVer's Roost provides a small shop and tools where residents may work on projects. Plus, we have community garden boxes for green thumbs.
Air Quality Monitoring
RoVer's Roost is adding an air quality monitor on-site so residents can check current conditions right in the park. Details on how to view live readings — including a link or downloadable data once the monitor is installed — will be posted here. Check back soon.
