wHY become a leaseholder?

Friendly folks - lease holders feel like they are "coming home" when they return each year. As a co-op we really get to know each other as we participate together on committees and work parties to keep our park (and the fun) going all season long.

A place to "decompress" after miles of travel - you only need to give a week's notice before your arrival to ensure your lot will be ready (if your lot is in the rental pool).
